With a single objective: to monitor their behavior or correction, in relation to smoking, sedentariness and body weight. Three important parameters that still represent the major causes of major diseases, related to aging or even, in the worst case, to a high mortality rate. But not only: the focus it was especially aimed at observing how couples, together, were able to change harmful habits with a view to improving their health, reaching the goal and perpetuating it over time.
